Terms of Service & Reservation Covenant
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your reservation, stay, and utilization of facilities provided by Gateway Storypuls Aviation Hospitality Group Ltd. ("Gatewaystorypuls," "we," "us"). By submitting a booking request, obtaining a digital flight boarding pass, or entering our property, you expressly agree to be bound by these provisions.
2. Reservation, Guarantees & Cancellation Policy
To preserve discretion and operational excellence across our limited suite inventory, the following stipulations apply:
- Guarantee Requirement: All reservations must be secured via a valid credit card or verified corporate escrow account. A 50% deposit is authorized upon booking confirmation.
- Cancellation Timeframes: Cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to scheduled touchdown (check-in at 15:00 local time) are refundable minus a 5% concierge administration fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
- No-Show Manifest: In the event of passenger non-arrival without prior flight diversion notice, 100% of the scheduled reservation cost will be assessed.
3. Hangar Access, Apron Escorts & Tarmac Protocols
Guests utilizing private aviation coordination, tarmac chauffeur services, or helicopter pad transfers must comply with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and airport perimeter security guidelines. Gatewaystorypuls reserves the immediate right to refuse tarmac escort services to any individual who fails security clearance or exhibits disruptive conduct.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, custom aero-architectural schematics, proprietary acoustic dampening designs, digital manifests, and aesthetic styling displayed on gatewaystorypuls.com are the sole intellectual property of Gateway Storypuls Aviation Hospitality Group Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of our cabin-inspired fixtures is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gatewaystorypuls shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays, FAA airspace closures, air traffic control diversions, weather grounding, or third-party airline cancellations. Our aggregate liability under any legal theory shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific stay.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential arbitration conducted in Dallas, Texas, under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
